The 80/20 ton double girder overhead crane manufactured by VINALIFT is installed and operated at the expanded slag annealing area, HRC1 plant of the Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Complex.
The specific characteristic of the steel slag annealing area is an extremely harsh working environment: ambient temperatures reaching up to ≤60°C, heavy dust density, and immense thermal radiation. To overcome these conditions, VINALIFT’s engineering team calculated and applied the most stringent design standards. The crane integrates a specialized cooling system and multi-layer protection for all electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, ensuring durable and uninterrupted operation under the A6M6 duty cycle (ISO standard).
