In the vibrant spirit of summer, the VINALIFT extended family embarked on our VINALIFT SUMMER TRIP 2026 to Tra Co – Mong Cai, Quang Ninh. This was more than just an opportunity to unwind and recharge after months of hard work at the office, factories, and construction sites; it was a journey to foster cohesion, spread our corporate culture, and ignite new motivation for the goals ahead.

From the laughter shared on the bus and relaxing moments along Tra Co beach to marking our footprint at Sa Vi Cape—the northeasternmost tip of our nation—and sharing an emotional Gala Dinner, every experience reaffirmed the VINALIFT spirit: a team united by shared trust, responsibility, and the aspiration to grow.

A highlight of the Gala Dinner was the heartfelt speech by General Director Mr. Tran Van Tuan. He expressed his deep gratitude to all employees and their families—the solid support system that silently stands behind VINALIFT’s ongoing development.

He shared:

“First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire VINALIFT team for your unwavering efforts, strong sense of responsibility, and relentless dedication over the past time.

Behind every completed structure, every project delivered on schedule, and every step forward for VINALIFT lies the commitment of each member of our extended family.

I also extend my profound thanks to those who silently stand behind us—the spouses, children, and families of our staff. Your understanding and shared sacrifices have provided a solid foundation, allowing our team to dedicate themselves with complete peace of mind.

The success of an industrial engineering enterprise is not built solely on technology or professional expertise, but on people who know how to share responsibility, uphold trust, and unite toward a common goal.”

These sincere words resonated deeply, met with sustained applause from all employees, and reaffirmed the core philosophy that VINALIFT consistently pursues: People are the foundation of all success.

For VINALIFT, the Company Trip is not merely an annual event. It is a dedicated time for members across Sales, Engineering, Production, Administration & HR, and other departments to connect more deeply, understand one another better, and align toward a shared vision.

This spirit was evident in every activity, every smile, and every shared moment throughout the trip. We firmly believe that enduring structures are always built by a united team.

While every trip must come to an end, the values it generates will continue to guide us on the road ahead.
