The examination consisted of two parts: theoretical and practical, both designed to comprehensively assess professional knowledge and hands-on skills.

The examination was conducted in accordance with the company’s standards for skill level promotion. The evaluation committee included technical supervisors, production managers, and representatives from the HR department.
The theoretical section focused on fundamental knowledge, production processes, safety regulations, and operational rules within the factory.
The practical section took place directly on equipment and workstations, simulating actual tasks in real production settings.

This is a periodic and important activity, not only serving as a basis for considering skill upgrades and salary increases, but also helping the company evaluate the quality of its workforce. Based on the results, VINALIFT can develop appropriate training and development plans.
Many workers demonstrated strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a high level of professionalism through the examination process.
