In the vibrant atmosphere of summer 2025, VINALIFT organized its annual company retreat for all office and production staff at Quan Lan – Minh Chau Island, Quang Ninh Province. Taking place from June 15 to 17, the trip offered a meaningful pause from the daily work routine, giving employees the opportunity to relax, explore, and connect more deeply as one united team.
A short getaway, many memorable moments
With thoughtful coordination by the Human Resources and Administration Department, the retreat was designed to balance leisure, cultural discovery, and team connection. From the very first steps on the island, team members were welcomed by the pristine natural beauty, fresh sea breeze, and the warmth of the local community.
Highlights of the trip included a visit to Linh Quang Pagoda, a tranquil and spiritual site steeped in local tradition, as well as relaxing afternoons on Minh Chau Beach, known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear water – a perfect setting for group photos and shared laughter.
Beyond sightseeing, the team also enjoyed local cuisine, explored the island’s culture, and captured spontaneous, heartfelt moments in a photo album and recap video that now serve as cherished keepsakes of the journey.

More than just a vacation, the Quan Lan retreat created a space for team members to step away from their daily tasks and connect as people – sharing stories, building trust, and strengthening camaraderie across departments.
