As part of the project “Enhancing Production Management Capacity for Enterprises through the Application of International Standard Systems,” VINALIFT recently held a working session with experts from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and ISOCERT.
The session focused on assessing the current state of production management and jointly developing a roadmap for improvement – from operational processes and quality control to workforce capability. This is one of VINALIFT’s concrete steps toward improving manufacturing efficiency and meeting increasingly stringent requirements from international clients.
During the on-site session at VINALIFT headquarters in Hai Phong city, the experts and VINALIFT’s management team reviewed the existing production system, analyzed strengths and areas for improvement, and proposed a roadmap for applying advanced management tools tailored to mechanical and lifting equipment manufacturing.
This initiative is part of VINALIFT’s broader efforts to enhance operational capacity, aiming at long-term goals:

Better meeting international technical standards
