Procedures for maintenance, repair, and gantry crane renovation
The process of renovating the gantry crane usually includes the following steps:
- Survey and evaluation: Inspect the entire gantry crane system to determine the damage and level of deterioration.
- Planning: Create a detailed renovation plan, including the scope of work, construction time, materials used and expected costs.
- Construction: Carry out renovation works according to the established plan.
- Acceptance: Recheck the entire system after renovation to ensure it meets technical and safety requirements.

Gantry Crane No. 1 (MINE HOOK CRANE) renovated the main beam from 35m to 32m
- Reinforce and renovate the main beam of the bridge.
- Welding, renovating rigid, ground beam
- Replacing for new motor, gearbox of long travel

- Check, maintain, and replace the crane electrical cabinet system. Replacing all electrical systems on the gantry crane control equipment, control arm, electrical cabinets, driver’s seat… (equipment in the cabin) and checking the steering glass.
- Restore the air conditioning system.
- Renew the entire system railings, and working floors of the crane. Repairing structures, roofing for winches and cars, firing new roofing
- Maintenance of the lifting trolley, and replacement of the steel cable.

- Clearance, and paint all gantry crane

- Renew the entire system of, railings, and working floors of the crane. Repairing structures, roofing for winches and trolleys, firing new roofing
- Maintenance of the control devices, control arms, electrical cabinets, and driver’s seat… (equipment in the cabin) check the steering glass
- Maintenance of the trolley, and replacement of the steel cable.
- Clearance, paint all gantry crane
- New manufacturing of 04 sets of D500 moving blocks, new supply of 04 motors 5.5 kW engines due to expanding Conson 2 heads, not ensuring the pressure to replace.
